The Unit Titles Act 1972 is used for high density developments. The unit plan subdivides land and buildings three dimensionally, creating a cube of land and/or air space in respect of which the title is issued.
Each unit owner:
The unit entitlement, determined by a Registered Valuer, is the unit owner’s proportional ownership of common property, levies and voting rights within the body corporate. This is calculated before the deposit and recorded on the face of the plan.
We are able to apply for Resource Consent, prepare unit title plans, organise the valuation and process through to the issue of the unit titles.
